Produced using an exotic Japanese recipe, genmaicha combines popped rice with tender and delicate green tea leaves.
Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-2 minutes.
